In our annual Vernal Celebration, PCS invites calligraphers, paper enthusiasts, book artists, art lovers, and the creatively-inclined general public to an afternoon of
mini-workshops, demos, Chinese auction, and refreshments.

Activities will include: Lotus books, Brush marker lettering, Photo transfers, Colored pencil techniques, “Calligradoodles,” and more.

• Learn new creative techniques at the Mini-Workshops.

• Win fine gifts and artwork in the Chinese Auction.

• Find treasures at the White Elephant Sale.

• Enjoy sweet & savory Refreshments.

• Members can borrow calligraphic publications
  and references from the PCS Library.

Directions from New Jersey or Philadelphia: Take the Ben Franklin Bridge to the Schuylkill Expressway(I-76 West). Exit at City Avenue (Route 1 South) and go 3 miles to Haverford Road. Turn Right onto Haverford, proceed through one light and make a left on Overbrook Parkway. The Church is on the corner of Haverford & Overbrook. Take first right into parking lot, or park on the street.

Directions from the Western Suburbs: Take the Blue Route (I-476) to the exit for Route 3/West Chester Pike (Broomall & Upper Darby). Make a left onto Rte. 3 (going East), go through 6 lights to Manoa Road. Make a left onto Manoa and continue until you reach Haverford Road. The Church will be on the right. Make a Right onto Haverford, a right onto Overbrook Parkway, and park on the street or in the lot next to the Church.
