The Gallery at Deptford, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford NJ, First and Second Floors at the Deptford Municipal Building will host our Winter 2012 PCS exhibit. There will be no theme. Create something that comes from the heart or that you have been working on or try a technique that you have been holding off on doing- this exhibit is anything goes! This is our recession breaker—as there is no entry fee, so get a jump-start on 2012!
The Artful Letter is open to all current PCS members. We encourage recent artwork. All framed work must be gallery ready- finished with hanging wire. You can fill out and print the entry form online.

Last Day of Exhibit: Wednesday, April 4, 2012We will be lettering bookmarks during the opening reception on Sunday March 18. In the chambers will be the documentary “The Illuminator and the Bible for the 21st Century” on the making of the Saint John’s Bible. Please volunteer to help!
For insurance purposes, we will need a list of artwork to be entered into the exhibit by January 15, 2012.

When the exhibit ends on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, Volunteers will repack artwork and make it available for pick up at the Galleria or your original drop off point. Artwork cannot be removed before the exhibit ends.
You can fill in and print the Entry Form and Labels online (the forms are linked to their names).
Please have artwork ready to hang with gallery wire, the gallery is one runners and cannot accommodate other styles of hardware. If you are unsure, please ask.
We recommend that you take care in readying your artwork for delivery, especially if mailing. Please wrap each piece individually using bubble wrap and packing tape.
Make arrangements to deliver your artwork or mail it so that it will arrive by January 22, 2012
