2006 Exhibit Entry Form

Please fill out and print one copy for each entry (print an additional copy for your records, or photocopy the original).
Please include $5.00 for each general or beginner entry. There is no fee for the non-juried part of the exhibit.

Make checks payable to The Philadelphia Calligraphers’ Society.
  All entries must be received before June 16th.

A 20% commission will be retained  on all work  sold.
  If your artwork is to be for sale, please figure your price accordingly.
