General Workshop Information

Location

Workshops will be held at Rutgers, Camden Campus in the Fine Arts Building, Room 238, unless otherwise noted.

Time

Workshops will be run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., unless otherwise noted.

It is very important to arrive on time for the workshops, or to notify the Workshop Chair or another participant of your expected time of arrival.

Workshop Fees

Fees for workshops are as follows, unless otherwise noted.

Note: checks are not cashed until after each workshop.

Registration Deadline

Two weeks before the scheduled workshop (dates stated for each workshop).

Food

Unless otherwise noted, it is advisable to pack a lunch. Hot water, tea, and instant coffee are available in the classroom, thanks to the workshop monitor. Feel free to bring other snacks for sharing.

However, all food must be consumed in the Rutgers campus cafeteria. No food or drinks are allowed in the classrooms. We encourage you to support our host venue either by purchasing your lunch on campus, or by consuming your home-made lunch in the cafeteria. There is also a Starbucks inside the cafeteria for your enjoyment. Thank you!
