The menu

To make the luncheon cost reasonable, PCS is subsidizing the event,
so your $40 ticket price is far below the actual cost of the meal.
Expect an excellent culinary treat!

You have the choice of the following entrées:

Beef Entrée

Cabernet Braised Short Rib
Frizzled onions, Cauliflower Puree, & Roasted Asparagus Bundle 

Chicken Entrée

Herb Roasted Chicken
Herb jus, Creamy Polenta, and Sauteed Spinach

 Vegetarian Entrée

Butternut Squash Lasagna
Rosemary infused ricotta, bechamel (V), and Roasted Asparagus Bundle

The meal will also include:

a selection of hors d’oeuvres
salad and roll
hot and cold beverages

and a warm dessert bar with apple cobbler, bread pudding and ice cream
